Programs & Registration
- When does registration open? Registration details and dates will be announced via email and on this website. Sign up for our email list to be notified.
- What age groups do you serve? We offer programs for youth aged 11–18, from beginner development to competitive club teams.
- Where do programs take place? Programs run in Squamish and Whistler.
- Do you support multi-sport athletes? Yes! We support athletes who play multiple sports, especially at younger ages. Please disclose any scheduling conflicts during the tryout process so we can plan accordingly.
Club Fees
- How much are club fees? Competitive team fees are typically around $1,500 per season, though they can range higher depending on travel and optional events like Nationals.

What do fees include?
- Entry fees for all Volleyball BC tournaments, including Provincials
- Two practices per week
- Coaching honorarium
- Practice balls and medical kit
- Team gear kit (jerseys, sweatshirt, t-shirt, backpack)
- Coach education and VBC membership
- Club administration costs

What is NOT included?
- Personal items (court shoes, shorts, kneepads)
- Travel expenses for out-of-town tournaments
- Optional events (Nationals, extra playdays, U.S. tournaments)
- Extra practices or training outside the regular schedule
Competitive Season
- When is the season? The competitive season runs January through late April (Provincials), and into May for teams attending Nationals.
- What tournaments are included? Teams compete in local and regional Volleyball BC tournaments, culminating in Provincial Championships.
- What is the attendance expectation? Regular practice attendance and full tournament attendance are expected. Please disclose any conflicts — especially around Provincials or Nationals — before the season begins, as absences can affect team seeding.
Communication & Scheduling
- How does the club communicate? TeamSnap is the official communication channel for all team updates, scheduling, and logistics.
- How do I raise a concern? Wait 24 hours, then communicate respectfully and privately. For unresolved issues, contact the Club President.
